Kokoro Yoga & Strength
Pricing Policy
Passes, paying, refunds and cancellations.
This policy explains how prices, payment, refunds and cancellations work at Kokoro Yoga & Strength.
Prices
- The price of each program is shown on its page, in INR (₹) — and, where its page gives one, in USD ($): a price of its own, not a conversion. It includes any taxes we have to charge, unless the page says otherwise.
- The price you pay is fixed when you buy. If we change a price later, it does not change a pass you already have.
- We sometimes offer trials, discounts or free places. They are at our discretion and do not change what anybody else has paid.
What a pass covers
- A pass gives you access to the program it names for the period shown on that program's page. Where a program says lifetime access, that means for as long as we offer the program on this site.
- A bundle gives you every program it includes, for the bundle's period.
- Where a program is a term of classes, the term ends when its timetable does. The number of classes shown for a program is how many we plan to run; see “Cancelled classes” below for what happens if we run fewer.
- A pass is personal to you and cannot be passed on to somebody else.
Paying
- You pay us directly — for example, in cash or by bank transfer — and we give you access by hand once your payment has arrived.
- Your access starts as soon as your payment is confirmed. If it has not appeared within a day, write to us at hello@example.com.
Refunds
- If a program is not right for you, write to us within 7 days of buying it and we will refund you in full, as long as you have not taken part in more than two of its lessons or classes.
- After that, passes are not refundable — except where the law gives you a right to a refund, or where we cancel something you paid for.
- We pay refunds back the way you paid, within 14 days of agreeing to them. When a pass is refunded, access to its program ends.
Booking classes
Where a program asks you to book its classes — because your plan gives you a number of them, or its classes have a limited number of places:
- Booking a class holds your place in it, and uses one of your plan's classes if your plan counts them.
- Cancel before the time shown with your booking and the class is yours to use again. After that, your place goes to somebody else and the class counts as used.
- A class we call off uses nothing.
Cancelled classes
- If we have to cancel a live class, we will tell you as early as we can, and it will show as cancelled on the timetable.
- If we cancel more classes in a term than we promised to run, we will add classes, extend your pass, or refund the part you have missed — whichever you prefer.
Missed classes
If you miss a live class, its recording — where there is one — stays available to you for a limited time. Classes you miss are not refunded or carried over.
