Kokoro Yoga & Strength
Terms and Conditions
Your account, our videos and classes, training safely.
These terms are the agreement between you and Kokoro Yoga & Strength ("we", "us") for using this website and app, and for any program, class or video you take part in through it. By ticking the box when you sign in, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Your account
- You sign in with your Google account. We never see or store your Google password.
- Your account is for you alone. Please do not share it, or let anybody else use a pass that was bought for you.
- Tell us straight away at hello@example.com if you think somebody else has used your account.
Programs and passes
- A program can be recorded lessons, live online classes, in-person classes or a bundle of other programs. Its page says what it includes and how long you have access to it.
- A pass gives you personal access to the program it names, for the period shown when you got it. What passes cost, and when we give refunds, is set out in our Pricing Policy.
- We may improve, reorder or retire lessons within a program. If we withdraw something you have paid for before your access ends, we will offer you a fair alternative or a refund for what you have lost.
Live classes
Where a program includes live classes, online or in person:
- Class times are shown in the Asia/Kolkata time zone. Occasionally we may need to move or cancel a class; when we do, we will show it on the timetable and let you know as early as we can.
- The link to join an online class is personal to you. Please do not pass it on.
- Be kind to your teacher and to everybody else in the class. We may remove anybody who disrupts a class or makes others uncomfortable.
- Online classes may be recorded so that members of the program can catch up. A recording is only shown to people with access to that program, and only for a limited time. If you would rather not appear in it, keep your camera off.
Our content
The videos, class plans, words and pictures on this site belong to Kokoro Yoga & Strength and the people who made them. They are for your own personal use while your pass is active. Please do not download, record, copy, share or publish them.
Your health and safety
- Exercise carries a risk of injury. Check with a doctor or another qualified health professional before starting any program — especially if you are pregnant or have recently given birth, are recovering from an injury or illness, or have a medical condition.
- Listen to your body. Stop straight away if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath, and get medical help if you need it.
- Make sure the space you train in is safe and clear, and use any equipment as it is meant to be used.
- Our classes are general fitness guidance. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and they do not replace care from a qualified professional.
Feedback you write
If you write feedback about a program, we may show it on our site with your first name and the first letter of your surname. You can ask us to take it down at any time.
Suspending or ending access
We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms — for example, by sharing your account or our videos. You can stop using the site whenever you like, and ask us to delete your account by writing to hello@example.com.
Our responsibility to you
We take care to make our classes safe and our site reliable, but we cannot promise that it will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for loss or injury that comes from not following these terms or the guidance given in class, or that we could not reasonably have foreseen. Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under consumer law, or limits our responsibility where the law says it cannot be limited.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, you will be asked to read and accept them again the next time you sign in. The version you accepted, and when you accepted it, is kept with your account.
